Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement People strategies to support business objectives
Contribute to programs enhancing employee engagement and growth
Provide coaching on performance management and employee development

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of HR experience with a focus on business partnership and employee relations
Knowledge in addressing employee relations investigations and issues
Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
