Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience Are you a

experienced Cost Accountants to drive results. The Opportunity We

Responsibilities Develop and maintain standard costs for materials,
labor, and manufacturing overhead. Analyze manufacturing variances
(e.g., material usage, labor efficiency, overhead spending) and
report findings. Perform accurate inventory valuation and
reconciliation for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished
goods. Prepare detailed cost reports, profitability analysis, and
margin analysis for products and production lines. Assist in the
annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, focusing on
cost components. Identify and recommend cost reduction
opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing
operations. Support month-end and year-end close activities related
to inventory and cost of goods sold. Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5
years of progressive cost accounting experience, preferably in a
manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of cost accounting
principles, GAAP, and inventory valuation methods. Proficiency with
ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and
accuracy. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing
principles or process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in
data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or advanced SQL
for data analysis. Previous involvement in ERP system
implementations or upgrades. Familiarity with project costing or
job order costing in a complex manufacturing environment. Job
