Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly
organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Office
Administrator who is fully bilingual in Spanish and English . This
individual will provide high-level administrative support to
leadership, manage day-to-day office operations, and ensure
seamless communication across teams and external partners. If you
excel in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional service, and
take pride in creating structure and efficiency, we'd love to speak
with you. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative
support to executive leadership, including calendar management,
scheduling, and travel coordination Serve as a professional,
bilingual point of contact (English/Spanish) for internal staff,
external partners, and clients Prepare, translate, and proofread
documents, correspondence, and reports in both languages Organize
and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials,
and meeting minutes Maintain office files, records, and
confidential information with discretion Assist with office
operations such as supply management, vendor coordination, and
reception duties Support special projects and initiatives as
assigned by leadership Ensure efficient communication flow and
uphold a positive, productive office environment Minimum
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent
bilingual English/Spanish verbal and written communication skills
At least one year of successful secretarial or administrative
experience Strong organizational skills with high attention to
detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint) High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and
interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Experience
supporting senior or executive leaders Strong customer service and
problem-solving skills Ability to translate documents accurately
and professionally Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Search
