Job Description:
Will leverage theoretical knowledge of mathematics and computer
science principles to develop, create, and modify X-Rite’s applications
software programs. Will analyze user needs and develop software
solutions. Will collaborate with global enterprise teams to implement Oracle
solutions to support business processes. Will leverage DBS (Danaher
Business System) tools to design software or customize software for
client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. Will
coordinate testing with end users and lead user training, leading
troubleshooting efforts when necessary and providing user support across the
entire Oracle platform. Will lead project deployment efforts to ensure
Oracle solutions are implemented on the international platform. In
addition, will analyze and design databases within the Oracle
environment, coordinating with other analysts to develop databases. Lastly,
will define requirements, prepare functional design documents,
monitor project progress, and test solutions prior to release to users
for further user testing. Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related degree
and three (3) years of experience as Oracle Business Analyst
supporting Order Management and Service applications, using Oracle’s
E-business Suite (EBS) in Release 12. Experience to include: Skill Requirements: • 3 years of experience in implementation and support of
Order Management and Advanced Pricing. • 1 year of experience in Shipping Execution. • 1 year of experience writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, using
TOAD, EBS Workflow Administrator and XML Publisher. • 3 years of experience in end to end large scale Oracle
implementation projects in Release 12, including requirements gathering,
requirements validation, creation of test plans, performing User Acceptance
Testing, and providing input to project plan and risk assessment. • 3 years of experience working with Oracle Support to
investigate, research, recommend and test Oracle EBS patches. Other Requirements: Travel: Approximately 25% domestic and international travel
