supplier, in Grand Rapids seeks a Maintenance Manager to join their

Responsibilities: Lead and train the Maintenance team to ensure
equipment is running smoothly and limits downtime of injection
molding presses Work with Production to schedule PMs and maintain a
great preventative maintenance plan Identify potential root cause
for machine disruption and delegate resolving these issues Perform
maintenance projects as needed, identifying vendors, contractors
etc Monitor, identify and respond promptly to signs of malfunctions
of machinery Analyze parts inventory and purchase supply when
necessary Understand and maintain high standard of good 5S
practices Report directly to the President of the company
Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associates or Journeyman,
preferred Strong mechanical and maintenance aptitude 5 years
experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment,
required Previous Management/Supervisory experience in a
Manufacturing Environment, required Willing to travel 15% of time
