Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team with multiple openings available for 1st and 3rd shifts You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on various equipment, including roll converters, extrusion lines, and automated assembly lines Job Responsibilities Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned Troubleshoot and repair machinery Maintain facility and associated equipment Collaborate with maintenance vendors Ensure a clean and orderly work area Complete and submit company purchase requisitions Install equipment and electrical components, ensuring proper functioning Ensure all machinery complies with federal, state, and company safety standards Essential Skills 3-5 years of industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals Experience with Industrial Controls Mechanically inclined and capable of performing physical labor Ability to read blueprints and experienced with fabrication Excellent safety and attendance record Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Midland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. Medical Dental Vision 401k Vacation and holiday (12 days) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Midland,MI.
