Job Description Job Description Senior Automotive Technician Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Karfix – Holland, MI) Company: Karfix Job Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Compensation: $100,000 per year earning potential Certification: ASE Master Certified (or MI equivalent) Join Karfix Karfix, a supportive, family-owned automotive shop in Holland, MI , is seeking an experienced ASE Certified Senior Automotive Technician . We’re recruiting in the Grand Rapids area for candidates willing to commute or relocate. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, $100K earning potential, and a team-focused culture where your skills are valued. Pay & Benefits Salary: $100,000 per year (based on experience and performance) Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday–Friday (weekends off) Paid Time Off: 10 days after 90 days, 15 days after 3 years Holidays: 6 paid holidays Insurance: Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement: 3% IRA match Culture: Supportive, family-owned shop that values and respects you What You’ll Do Perform expert diagnostics, engine repair, brake systems, transmission, and electrical maintenance on a variety of vehicles Work closely with customers and team members to ensure excellent service Mentor and support other technicians as needed Stay up-to-date with ASE standards, training, and industry best practices What We’re Looking For ASE Master Certification (MI state equivalent accepted) Experience with vehicle diagnostics, engine repair, brakes, transmission, electrical systems, and general maintenance Professional appearance and a positive, team-first attitude Strong communication skills with customers and teammates Dependable, motivated, and honest — willing to learn and grow Commitment to ongoing training and professional development Why Work With Karfix?
