Job Description Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist – Outpatient
An Outpatient Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist is needed in
Elkhart, IN. Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an
opportunity with an established Certified Community Behavioral
Health Center. Providing a range of services to all ages with an
inter-disciplinary team of providers and clinicians, in addition to
being a HRSA/NHSC site, this role is an excellent step forward for
new and experienced providers. Salary and Benefits - The base
salary for this role is $300,000 - $320,000 - Additional
compensation: Providers may choose to participate in a
productivity/wRVU model. The average additional income for those
choosing to participate is $25,000. - Health Insurance – Employers
Pay 70% - Dental and Vision Insurance - Student loan forgiveness -
HRSA and NHSC site - Medmal covered in full by employer - 27 days
of PTO in your first year - CME allowance and paid time off: 5 days
and $4000 per year - 6 paid holidays - Short Term/Long Term
Disability - Life Insurance – 1.5 times annual salary - Retirement
Package – 403b with 3% Match - Employee Assistance Program -
Relocation Assistance Available - Full Support Staff – 10
Psychiatrists and over 10 PMHNPs on staff, in addition to Primary
Care Physicians and behavioral health clinicians. - M-F outpatient
schedule, 8 am to 5 pm. Organization is willing to consider a
provider who wants to work slightly less than 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities - Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm). - Provide
comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis,
and medication management. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary
team to offer holistic patient care. - Call – one week per month by
phone only. - Once or twice per year, Provider will be asked to do
weekend rounds in the Inpatient unit. Requirements - Board
Certified or Board Eligible C&A Psychiatrist - Active Medical
License in the State of Indiana - New graduates finishing their
