Chiropractor Wayland, MI (20 miles S of Grand Rapids) Urgently Hiring We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Wayland, MI. We are looking for an Associate who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is Licensed chiropractor in Michigan with an outgoing personality who can communicate confidently with patients the benefits of chiropractic care as part of healthy lifestyle. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and learn with us, as the incoming chiropractor will be trained all our procedures and scripts. Job duties include Initial Visit (Day 1), Report of findings with recommendation (Day 2) and conversion to care. We also provide weekly doctor leadership and training development. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Gonstead, Thompson-drop, Activator, Arthostim, Webster, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in MI Schedule: Full time Salary (range): $75k-$80k ($82,500- $90,000 with 10% bonus compensation) Benefits: Bonus compensation: earn 10% of salary via monthly and quarterly bonus system Vacation/PTO Health insurance reimbursement Paid malpractice Paid professional and personal development Student loan reimbursement Are you looking to join a successful wellness-based office of 22 years, that is passionate about improving the health of the families so they can reach their full potential now and into the future?
