Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Operating Room Location: Lansing, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,966 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/3/2026 About the Position Job Title: CVOR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 3 years required, first-time travelers accepted License: Michigan RN License required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Required skills include: - Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair - Aortic Aneurysm repair - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) - Scrub Cardiovascular Surgery - Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD) Description: Position is for a CVOR RN for day shifts. Orientation is 12 hours. Weekend coverage is required for call. On-call is one week at a time, rotating with other nurses. Current call frequency is every six weeks. Floating to other specialties may be required if there are no CVT cases. Patient ratios during shifts are 1:1. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. Allied candidates must provide proof of high school level education. Candidates should have a strong background in cardiovascular surgery procedures. Emergency and trauma experience is a plus. This position involves working with adult patient populations. Candidates must meet all necessary certification requirements prior to contract start date.
