VeeAR Health is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Midland, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift Notes: Days: 10 Hrs: 40 Hour Guarantee Weekend Requirements: For Call Only On Call Requirements: 10 days of call per month Job Description: This position sets up all radiographic equipment prior to performing angiographic procedures, processes and performs quality control checks on cine radiographic images, assists in preparing patient for procedures and assists other members of the cath lab/Interventional Radiology staff and physicians as needed to ensure timely and efficient use of the cardiac cath lab/special procedures. Responsibilities (35%)* Assists in prepping patients, sterile tray set up, post-cath care and procedures, and room clean up. (35%)* Manipulates equipment and sets appropriate techniques on radiographic generators to achieve optimal image quality. (30%)* Operates a variety of electronic equipment including cardiac output computers, oxygen saturation equipment, hemodynamic equipment, pacemakers, etc., and performs oxygen saturation studies and cardiac output measurements. Submission Requirements Cath Lab Experience - Required BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), & ARRT - Required ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION Certification Requirements ACLS (AHA) ARRT BLS (AHA) VeeAR Health Job ID 63539.
