leadership within the operating room by supervising activities,
anticipating schedule changes, and ensuring all necessary equipment
and supplies are ready. Assist anesthesia as required and
continuously monitor the sterile field for compliance. Communicate
effectively with patients, families, physicians, surgical team
members, and departmental leadership to coordinate care. Engage in
ongoing professional development through participation in training
sessions, staff meetings, and educational seminars to enhance
clinical skills and leadership capabilities. Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse licensure with experience in
cardiovascular operating room nursing. Strong assessment and
critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt care plans
dynamically. Proven leadership abilities in managing OR team
activities and workflow. Effective communication skills across
multidisciplinary teams. Commitment to continuing education and
