Michigan, 49048! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS,
NIHSS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in stepdown or
ICU - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Description: The position
requires a registered nurse specializing in stepdown intermediate
care. The shift is nights, working three 12-hour shifts per week.
The nurse-patient ratio is 1:4. Candidates must have experience
with telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Knowledge of
managing cardiac and vasoactive drips is essential. Experience with
various patient care equipment and procedures is required. The role
involves caring for adult and geriatric patients with various
diagnoses. The unit supports interdisciplinary collaboration with
physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Travelers
will be expected to float within the facility or to similar care
units as needed. Availability to work every other weekend and
holiday is required. Medical and religious exemptions are accepted
for required vaccinations. All certifications must be obtained
