Job Description Job Description Part-Time or Full-Time Aqua Body Lab – East Lansing, MI Aqua Body Lab is a medical aesthetics and wellness practice seeking a Medical Aesthetic Injector (RN, PA, or NP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an injector who values patient safety, natural results, and long-term professional growth. For PA or NP candidates, there is also opportunity to expand into wellness and women’s health services, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), based on interest and training. About Aqua Body Lab Aqua Body Lab is a modern medical spa offering evidence-based aesthetic and wellness services. We are known for high clinical standards, patient education, and a collaborative, supportive team environment. We are expanding both our injectables and wellness/women’s health services and are looking for providers who want to grow with us. Position Overview The Medical Aesthetic Injector will provide injectable aesthetic treatments while delivering an exceptional patient experience. PA and NP providers may also have the opportunity to participate in wellness and women’s health services, including HRT, depending on interest, credentials, and training. Schedule: • Part-time or full-time opportunities available • Some evenings or Saturdays may be required Responsibilities • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and dermal fillers • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans • Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-treatment care • Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation • Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards • Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to support patient retention and practice growth • (PA/NP) Opportunity to provide wellness and women’s health services, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as desired Qualifications • Active RN, PA-C, or NP license in the state of Michigan • Prior experience as an aesthetic injector preferred (strong candidates with advanced training will be considered) • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Professional, patient-centered, and team-oriented approach • Commitment to safety, ethics, and high-quality outcomes Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay ($45–$80/hour, based on experience and credentials) • Production-based bonus opportunities • Paid time off (PTO) • Continuing education (CE) and advanced aesthetic training • Employee discounts on treatments and services • 401(k) retirement plan • Health insurance for full-time employees (50% employer-paid) Certain benefits are available to full-time team members.
