Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Midland, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,204 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Midland, Michigan, 48670! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 hours (6:42 PM - 7:12 AM) Experience: 2 years in SICU, Open Heart Trained License: Active state nursing license Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Supervisory References, Skills Checklist Description: This position performs a variety of integrated pre and post-operative critical care functions. The nurse will utilize the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge in a caring and concerned manner. Assess patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support needs. Organize and coordinate all aspects of patient care according to the patient's real and/or perceived needs. Evaluate patient progress by correlating patient information with nursing knowledge. Determine if goals are being met according to the patient's plan of care or clinical path. Consult and collaborate with members of the healthcare team in planning and implementing comprehensive patient care. The role requires strong communication skills and a dedicated commitment to patient well-being.
