49503! Job Title: PICU/PCICU RN Profession: RN Specialty: Pediatric
ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Rotating Days and Nights Hours per
Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 Years License: Registered
Nurse (RN) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS) Must-Have: - Strong foundational PICU
experience - Comfort caring for high-acuity patients - Ability to
make independent decisions - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Description: We are seeking highly experienced
adaptable Pediatric ICU travelers who are drawn to complex,
high-acuity care. The role involves caring for medically and
surgically complex children across the entire spectrum of critical
illness. Candidates must have expertise with mechanical
ventilation, advanced respiratory support, vasoactive infusions,
and hemodynamic monitoring. Experience with post-operative surgical
patients, sepsis, trauma, neurologic, and multi-system failure is
essential. Travelers must be independent, confident clinicians who
can quickly assess, prioritize, and escalate concerns. Comfort in
working across multiple care spaces and patient populations is
required. The ability to integrate into existing workflows while
maintaining high standards of safety and vigilance is crucial.
Candidates should be skilled in recognizing subtle clinical changes
and collaborating early with the care team. The position demands a
high standard of moral, ethical, and culturally sensitive behavior.
Nursing care must align with professional and legal standards, as
well as the principles of ethical practice. Candidates will be
