Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care First Assist for a travel nursing job in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: First Assist - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel RNFA / Surgical First Assist – CVOR Requirements: • RNFA or STFA accepted • Active RN license (for RNFA) or Surgical First Assist certification • BLS Certification required • Minimum 2 years of experience required (5 years strongly preferred) • CVOR experience required • Must be able to proficiently harvest vein endoscopically • Must have strong cardiac surgery experience • Previous travel experience preferred • Ability to assist in multiple surgical specialties when cardiac cases are not available About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
