Give us a call opt 1 Job Details: - Shift: 12H Nights - Total Weekly Hours: 36 - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Trauma Level: - Facility Specific Job Notes: Experience and Qualifications:/n/n- Required: 1 year of experience/n- First-timers accepted/n/nCertifications Required:/n/n- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)/n- BLS (Basic Life Support)/n- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)/n/nLicensure:/n/n- Valid state license must be pending or candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya licensure project/n/nSkills:/n/n- Charting System Experience: Required (Cerner)/n- Patient Ratio Experience: 5-7/n- Required clinical skills include:/n - MS/Tele, Telemetry Oncology, Telemetry - remote monitoring*/n - Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)/n - TR Band, Feeding tube care and management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI)*/n - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Phlebotomy*/n - Peripheral Line Care/Management, Starting and maintaining IVs, PCA*/n - Thrombolytic Agents, Substance Withdrawal, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance*/n - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)/n - Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Tracheostomy care/management*/n - Wound Care/Wound Vac*, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias/n - Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams/n - Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI/n - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Pre/Post Cardiac Surgery, Blood Product Administration/n - Central line care/management, PICC line management, Heparin Protocols/n - Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration/n - Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident)/n - Nasal Cannula, Isolation Precautions/PPE/n/nAdditional Information:/n/n- COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only/n- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only/n- Copy of Certifications - Traveler agrees to obtain all required certs prior to start; will accept pending certs./n- Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby, depending on volume/census. /n/nModules:/n/n- Module completion is preferred; up to 8 hours, average 3-8 hours spent on modules./n- Modules are completed pre-start and self-reported.
