A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Revenue Cycle Specialist in
Grand Rapids, MI (Remote). This Revenue Cycle Specialist position

The pay rate for this position is $23.00 per hour Benefits are
available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A
401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees
with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Revenue Cycle

assignment with potential for extension or hire based on
performance and business need Revenue Cycle Specialist
Responsibilities Analyze and interpret documentation from Sales
(EGI, NGI, Revisions, Client Fact Sheet, etc.) to determine Facets
setup and configure fully-funded benefit options, group structures,
and member enrollment Conduct moderately complex research to
resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries via documentation,
phone, and correspondence Work cross-functionally with other
departments to improve processes and participate in non-peak
training Prioritize work in the OnBase workflow to meet service
level agreements (SLAs) Participate in implementation workgroups to
ensure successful onboarding or renewal of groups Revenue Cycle
Specialist Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or
related field required Attendance is mandatory for the first 90
days Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree in business or
healthcare-related field Experience with FACETS software for
benefit or group configuration, maintenance, or claims Additional
Information Contractors must submit timesheets by Mondays at 11:59
a.m. via VNDLY (Non-Clinical) or Planview (DS Business Unit)
Suppliers are responsible for timesheet and rate change compliance.
Delayed or missing submissions beyond 45 days may result in
