Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine - REQUIRED MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Clean malpractice - PREFERRED Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
