Job Description Job Description Are you a patent prosecution
paralegal interested in what the opportunities are available in the
market with legal unemployment at all time lows? If so, we want to
hear from you asap. We need candidates who have experience who have
experience preparing and filing patent applications,
correspondence, and other legal documentation, including office
action response shells, assignment recordations, application data
sheets, Information Disclosure Statements, inventor declarations,
formalities responses, ePetitions; e-filing US and foreign patent
applications; keeping attorneys abreast of deadlines; proofreading
documents; legal research; and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: 3 years of IP patent prosecution experience,
including USPTO patent filing Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal
certificate preferred A thorough understanding of state and federal
court rules, calendaring, and filing / e-filing procedures
Comprehensive knowledge of IP law and USPTO practices Solid
organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to
detail Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year Search
