Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team
in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in
ensuring that our products are shipped efficiently and accurately.

logistics, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Coordinate
and oversee the shipping process from start to finish. Prepare
shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs
paperwork. Communicate with carriers and suppliers to schedule
pickups and deliveries. Monitor shipment status and resolve any
issues that arise during transit. Maintain accurate records of
shipments and inventory levels. Collaborate with the warehouse team
to ensure timely order fulfillment. Implement and improve shipping
procedures to enhance efficiency. Assist with inventory management
and stock replenishment as needed. Qualifications High school
diploma or equivalent. Chaufers license is required. Box truck
driving experience required Proven experience in shipping,
logistics, or supply chain management. Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of
shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus. You should
be proficient in: Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Experience Material
Handler Experience Distribution Experience Loading and Unloading
Vehicles Weighing Raw Materials Liquid Propane (LP) Forklift
Licensed High School / GED Basic Computer Skills Microsoft Excel
Machines & technologies you'll use: Box Trucks Forklifts
