We're looking for an Intermediate ClientEndpoint Administrator to help us deliver on our promise to provide secure, compliant, innovative solutions with a superior end user experience. This person will need to gain an understanding of our current environment and then constantly look for ways to improve it Leading Candidates Will Have . . . Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Two to four years of endpoint management and scripting experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated understanding of current technologies Proven analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Solid customer focus, teamwork, innovation, creativity, and relationship building. Skills That'll Give You an Edge... Basic understanding of computer imaging concepts (i.e. MDT, Ghost, RIS, PE) Experience with Desktop Management Tools (SCCM, Ivanti) Experience with application packaging and distribution Knowledge in varying application installation methods (msi, exe, etc.) Google Chrome extensions, Windows App Store and Mac installation methods are also desired. Experience with scripting and be able to complete automated installs. (Powershell, autoit) Experience with Virtual Application Deployment Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, and reference policies and practices for guidance. Experience with client security Understanding of mobile device management Experience with client backup solutions What about the work? Install, configure, and certify new client hardware Design, Create, Test, and Maintain internal Windows Client Imaging infrastructure Build, Deploy, and Maintain Standard Business Applications Monitor and Install Patches to devices following standard security procedure Constantly drive improvements to the security of the Windows devices Track and maintain IT asset equipment inventories. Build reports in support of asset management Develop scripts for automating clientserver functions Level 23 BreakFix support for local and remote users Provide domain expertise for the design, planning, configuration, implementation, and testing of client technologies Contribute to the development of the strategic vision, roadmap and plans for client-side hardware, software and operating systems Collaborate with Service Center staff to create technical support documentation, training, automation, processes and procedures
