Participate in client/customer conference calls as scheduled; providing feedback and insight. * Communicate regularly with management advising any critical issues or opportunities.* Provide reports to clients/customers as needed.Qualifications:* Associate's Degree or equivalent office experience* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and working in a fast-paced environment* Preferred--experience in accounting, finance or other related fields* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
