Hope Network Behavioral Health Services (BHS) provides a full range of services for persons with severe and persistent mental illness and/or individuals with emotional well-being needs to achieve a maximum level of independence, community integration, and satisfaction with life. Our continuum of care stretches across the state assisting persons with intensive and varying acuity needs. Whether someone needs 24 hour therapeutic supports, personal care, community living support, benefit and service brokering, brief or short-term counseling, or any of our many community services, our behavioral health team is there to serve. Overview

The Project Coordinator is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive administrative duties for the BHS West Residential Programs. This position will assist in new program design and implementation, with attention to new and existing processes across BHS programs. This position will also coordinate communication between multiple programs with the focus of providing quality, person-centered care to the individuals that the BHS programs serve.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.

Strategic:

Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's mission by specifically supporting information flow and management and organizational planning. Maintain organization of electronic communication tools, uploading all relevant agendas, task force documents and special reports to intranet. Project research contributing to support or declination of new strategic initiatives.

Tactical:

Excellent written communication skills (email, reports, memos). Works in residential programs to identify processes presently in place, or processes lacking. Works to streamline processes across BHS programs whenever applicable. Ability to work with a variety of teams. Assists in problem-solving across BHS programs. May organize process-improvement events when need is indicated. Assists in the opening of new programs: Perform basic management duties while also modeling client centered philosophy of care. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of current / new applications for use as organizational tools. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Perform other job related duties as required. Help with meeting planning, ordering supplies, and supporting program managers.

Requirements

Educational / Talent Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 30 credits of college coursework required. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record as it relates to Hope Network policy. Ability to be flexible, respond to unplanned needs that arise, and work with multiple teams. Exceptional verbal communication, professional appearance, demeanor and presentation . Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

Work Experience:

A minimum of two years' experience in human services field is required. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience providing person centered care to individuals in residential care. Competency with Intranet system development and maintenance requirements preferred If internal: IPOS and eCare experience preferred.
