Overview:The Training Consultant is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Facilitating training courses outlined in the Hope Network Training Program. These trainings include, but not limited to New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, MANDT/Sama, ULead courses, and more. The Training Consultant will assist with managing the daily operations of the Education Center, in collaboration with the Learning & Development Team.Summary:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:This is not intended to be an exhaustive listing of job functions. This job description is in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. The employee is required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties as assigned.1. Regular and predicable attendance is an essential function of this job.2. Facilitate company trainings, including but not limited to:a. New Hire Orientation (In person and Virtual, as required)b. New Manager Orientationc. CPR/First Aid (refresher and full session trainings)d. MANDT / Sama trainingse. Train the Trainerf. On-Demand trainingg. Other training as requested3. Ensure class attendance is entered, gradebook is updated, and completion certificates are emailed to training participants.4. Assit with making and distributing name badges during New Hire Orientation.5. Assist with managing the Education Center facility, i.e. condition of rooms, equipment and general appearance of building.6. Manage Education Center Calendar, i.e. scheduling of rooms for use by both internal and external users.7. Manage the supply ordering and inventory processs for the Education Center.8. Collaborate with training peers in ensuring room set-up for meetings, conferences, trainings held at the Education Center.9. Develops training policies, procedures, rules and regulations and compliance therewith.10. Develop and refine training best practices.11. Stay up to date on new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, making practice changes or suggestions where necessary.12. Works in collaboration with Learning/Development team in the planning, analysis, design, development and deployment of e-learning courses, job aids, instructor-led and other training programs.13. Selects or develops teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.14. Support internal and external audits of training compliance records.15. Collaborate with other areas of Human Resources, such as Onboarding, Recruiting and HR Business Partners to ensure training needs are met.16. Monitor training programs to ensure that they are high-quality, effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary for continuous improvements.17. Assist with maintaining the training Intranet site and training calendar in both Outlook and LMS.18. Administer training schedule, training registration and tracking processes.19. Provide training-related statistics for meaningful metrics.20. Must have the ability to travel to locations locally and throughout the state.21. Other duties, as assigned or required.Requirements:Educational / Talent Requirements:1. Bachelor?s degree, preferred.2. Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or equivalent certification, preferred.3. Valid driver?s license with acceptable driving record as it relates to Hope Network policy.4. Strong presentation and delivery skills.5. Knowledge of training development: design, development and validation (testing) of training materials.6. Ability to understand and articulate the strategic, mission, goals, and values of the organization.7. Interpersonal savvy while having the ability to deal with ambiguity.8. Demonstrated ability to manage resources, make decisions and exercise good judgment.9. Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with employees and management of all levels in the organization as well as individuals of diverse backgrounds.Work Experience Requirements:1. 2-4 years of experience in training facilitation.2. 1-3 years of experience with Learning Management Systems.3. Demonstrated knowledge of training and development industry.4. Demonstrated knowledge of learning technologies.5. Demonstrated interpersonal and business skills.6. Delivered training solutions in an engaging manner.7. Demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal formats to meet position responsibilities.8. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.9. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).10. Experience with Skype, Zoom, or other online meeting platforms.Shift: 1st Position Type (Portal Searching): Regular Full-Time
