Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Personally greet customers in a positive, professional manner
Courteously answer telephone calls for internal and external customers
Display poise, decorum, and confidence in extremely fast paced environment
Process daily deposits, cash drawer, file invoices
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Perform cash logs for branches and submit by 2 pm to AR cash
Order supplies
Process coupons
Process customer refunds
Enter and approve payroll for hourly branch associates and shuttle drivers
Reconcile and replenish petty cash per JX policy as needed
Perform other duties, or projects as assigned by General Manager.

Sales Responsibilities

New Trucks


Schedule PDI with shop
Ensure proper photos are taken and uploaded to correct locations in timely
Prepare a deal file for unit including all delivery and PDI paperwork as well as any additional paperwork




Used Trucks :


Maintain branch(s) used trucks to be front line ready and ready for delivery.


Schedule shop, polish, dyno, and tires (if applicable)
Ensure proper photos are taken and uploaded to correct locations
Prepare a deal file for unit including all service, dyno, and other additional paperwork pertaining to the unit







Conduct lot checks and take necessary follow up actions (Profitmaster)
Maintain accurate branch inventory of truck photos according to policy outlined
Perform Monthly Billing for key accounts
Provide occasional support in delivery of new/used unit for salesman if not present
Perform audit of truck inventory: ensure all units are entered into P drive, Profit master, and Truck Paper and include correct unit specs as well as correct photos.


Lease and Rental Responsibilities


Perform functions of Rental Coordinator.
Coordinate check-in and check-out of rentals.


Distribute folders containing all necessary paperwork
Collect information on DEF if applicable
Provide enough Trip Records along with explaining to each customer how to fill them out as well as all the necessary documentation that must be turned in as well
Obtain copies of all documents signed such as rental agreement, customer responsibility agreement, and the check out/in sheet with customer signature, perform final evaluation of all paperwork and ensure customer/driver understands all terms of rental
Physically inspecting and ensuring that the unit is being returned in the same condition in which it was rented. Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out and correct paperwork is turned in for example bulk fuel letter and vendor receipt, fuel station receipts


Ensure all rental units on lot are "Green Tag" ready
Conduct lot checks every morning and inform rental department of units on lot by 10 am.
Obtain all paperwork ensuring all documents are signed and sent to rental department.
Resolve issues with rental customers (e.g. billing, missing mileage, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree in business administration preferred.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and accurate data entry skills a must.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Dependable and reliable attendance required.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor that instills a positive, helpful first impression upon our customers.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree, Associate Degree in business administration preferred.

Technology/Equipment: Intermediate computer skills.
