Sales Representative (Outside Sales) Field-Based | Full-Time |

relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our
presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. In
this role, you’ll partner with builders, contractors, architects,
and homeowners to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

to take your sales career to the next level. What You’ll Do Build
and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and
homeowners Prospect and generate new business while growing
existing accounts Consult with clients to understand project needs
and recommend solutions Read blueprints and create accurate project
quotes Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong
margins Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools Deliver
an exceptional customer experience from first contact through
project completion What You Bring Sales experience preferred but
not required Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Self-motivated
with a competitive, results-driven mindset Strong organization and
ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable working
independently in a fast-paced environment What Sets You Apart
Experience working with builders, contractors, or in home
improvement Confidence presenting to individuals or small groups
Ability to influence and close with a consultative approach High
energy, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership Work
Environment & Expectations Field-based role (job sites, client
locations, showroom) Flexible schedule with availability to support
client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends) Active,
hands-on role including measuring, site visits, and inspections Why
